Seasonal Youth members are subject to the rules and regulations of the Eel River Beach Club. The sponsoring member and the youth’s parents are jointly responsible for the Seasonal Youth member. However the sponsoring member fulfills the role of parent when the youth is in attendance at the club. It is the responsibility of the sponsoring member to ensure that the Seasonal Youth understands Club policy and operation.
